I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was amazing, right by the Dead Sea, with great convenience to enjoy the beach, but some aspects of the service were lacking and the room was not as expected.

The location is fantastic right on the Dead Sea with a private beach, but there are issues with crowded dining areas. The facilities are well-maintained, with some minor drawbacks related to dining options. Overall, a relaxing stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and blessed with a stunning sunrise view at 6:00 a.m. However, they appeared run down and in need of renovation, lacking cleanliness I expected. The customer service stood out positively, with Kathi Gur, the Guest Relations Manager, showing genuine interest in our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the overall service during the trip was consistently rude, tarnishing the experience.
